The transition from the outside to the inside takes place in continuity, from the tree-lined avenue and the green lawn outside one finds oneself in a majestic, spacious and bright hall simply by passing through a glass enclosure. Even the partition walls between the entrance and the offices, on the ground floor, respond to the same criterion of transparency and visual communication of spaces. A single imposing architectural element designs and defines the space: it is the great monumental staircase.

The lighting and structural requirements addressed in this project were particularly meticulous and diversified in terms of both purely formal and aesthetic aspects as well as functional aspects to illuminate spaces with different functions. By day, light shines through the large windows, by night the building is magically alive and visible. The nocturnal highlights the lightness of the structure, and the projecting body of the first floor seems to be suspended as if defying the force of gravity. Traces of light emphasise the great emotional impact.
