Casa Caldart is a restaurant located in the heart of the Prosecco Hills of Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The restaurant’s design concept was developed to translate culinary excellence into elegant and functional spaces. Natural tones and theatrical design solutions define the character of the project, while a fully automated lighting system creates a soft and refined atmosphere, capable of enhancing every detail.
Here, light does’nt merely illuminate: it speaks.

The restaurant’s lighting is designed as a refined balance between light and shadow, enveloping the spaces in an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere. Our Hole and Gargantua spotlights, perfectly integrated into the architecture, project beams that gently caress surfaces, enhancing textures, grains, and material details. The John projectors, carefully oriented, create soft contrasts that shape volumes and guide the gaze, transforming the environment into a silent and welcoming stage set.
Recessed spotlights that define the details. Projectors that sculpt the space.

A warm glow that wraps around each table.

Each table is conceived as an autonomous micro-environment, where the lights combine to create an optimal visual balance. The John projectors provide targeted illumination, transforming the tabletop into a small stage: the dishes become the protagonists, with a color rendering index of CRI>95, R9>90, ensuring maximum fidelity of colors and gastronomic textures.

In this project, light is an integral part of the concept: not merely an aesthetic element, but a perceptual tool that shapes the space and defines the gastronomic experience. Programmable lighting scenarios allow the environment to adapt to the different moments of service.
